Our intimate Sushi Bar features BYOB. We allow patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, sake, or spirits).

Sho-San Master Sushi Chef at Natsunoya

Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan “Sho San” grew up working at his family fish market. This experience undoubtedly has shaped his career path and keen eye for selecting the highest quality fish and ingredients. After relocating to Hawaii, Sho has over 35 years of sushi experience. His style is traditional Japanese sushi that features local island fish and seasonal fish flown in from Japan. Sho incorporates locally grown produce into many of his specialty dishes.

His hobbies include karaoke, golf, and listening to jazz music. Please stop by the sushi bar at Natsunoya and enjoy the delicacies of this experienced sushi chef.
